- 3.1. All registered or unregistered intellectual property rights such as all text, code, graphics, logos, images, trademarks, patents, designs, methods published by or on behalf of Laravel Holdings on the SODEP website belong to Laravel Holdings. Reproduction or copying of these materials is strictly prohibited without written permission.

4. General Provisions
- 4.1. Visitors and users agree that they will use the SODEP website only for legal purposes and will not engage in any activity that may harm the rights of third parties. The legal and criminal liability for any transaction they perform during the visit and use belongs entirely and individually to the visitor or user.

5. Limitation of Liability
- 5.1. Our liability for damages arising from the use of the firstoyum is limited to intent and gross negligence. For damages arising from breach of contract, the total compensation that may be claimed is limited to foreseeable damages. The above-mentioned limitations of liability also do not apply in the event of damage to human life, bodily injury or the health of a person. In all cases of force majeure, we shall not be liable for any compensation for delay, non-performance or default.

6. Enforcement and Dispute Resolution
- 6.1. Any changes made to this agreement shall enter into force as soon as they are published on the site or any publicly accessible platform.
- 6.2. For the settlement of any dispute arising out of the application or interpretation of this Agreement, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply and the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara Courthouse shall be competent.
